Installation Procedure and Precautions Of Turbocharger
- Tips: Vehicle overhaul engine, if need to replace a new turbocharger，Please use the original car supercharger run in for a period of time，Install new supercharger. Before replacement, we must change the filter and oil that meet the original factory standard, and check whether the oil inlet and return of the oil pipe of the oil pump are normal,Otherwise, it will cause the new supercharger due to lack of oil and lead to burning shaft, grinding shaft, holding shaft, and grinding wheel and other human operation reasons，Non – turbocharger quality problem!
- Before replacement, the oil sludge of the engine oil pan should be cleaned, and the oil should be free from impurities and sediments. Oil pan suction pipe filter head cleaning or replacement, to avoid excessive impurities can not supply oil, resulting in the lack of oil at the start of the supercharger caused by broken shaft burning shaft, do not remove the oil pan impurities and installed behavior, resulting in losses at the user’s own responsibility! Must clean the oil piping system, otherwise will cause supercharger pull shaft. (more than 10 micron oil impurities will cause supercharger movement pull shaft) oil pump oil is not good, plugging,supercharger will not form an oil film, will cause grinding shaft. Grinding shaft and pulling shaft will cause supercharger out of balance and oil leakage, oil breakthrough!
- Add new oil to the oil inlet of the turbocharger intermediate for lubrication，Fully lubricated before loading (The oil flowing out of the intermediate oil return pipe port shall prevail).
- The turbocharger installation process strictly check the link turbocharger all interfaces, do not have any dust and foreign bodies, such as foreign bodies please deal with in time, to avoid irreversible damage to the turbocharger.
- Replace the air filter and oil filter.
- Check whether the engine oil pump is working properly, check whether the turbocharger oil inlet pipeline is blocked, if the oil pipeline is blocked directly replace the new, to avoid insufficient turbocharger oil supply lubrication, resulting in turbocharger grinding shaft, burning shaft, shaft broken.
- Check whether the engine crankcase pressure is too high, check whether the turbocharger return pipe is blocked, if there is blockage, directly replace the new, to avoid the turbocharger oil can not flow, resulting in turbocharger fake oil leakage series.
- Check whether the pipe from the air filter element to the turbocharger is damaged, resulting in too much dust and irreversible damage to the turbine.
- Strictly follow the preceding steps.
